Private Saltwater Pool + Steps to Beach

This 3BR, 3BA island retreat sleeps 8 and is less than a one-minute walk to the beach (we timed it—with flip-flops). While some photos don’t yet show it, we’re in the process of refreshing every room with bright paint, a whitewashed plank ceiling in the great room, new furniture, and playful coastal decor—including cheeky touches like alligator wallpaper and bold Southern charm.

It’s casual comfort meets curated beach vibes—with plenty of space for families, including baby gates, high chairs, and other thoughtful amenities for traveling with little ones. Outside, you’ll find a private, heated saltwater pool (heating available for $35/day in cooler months.)

A 4-seater golf cart is included with your stay for exploring the island at your own pace. Need more room? Additional carts can be rented from Boats and Fun or the Island Club.

2025 rates are lower while we put the finishing touches on the space—so if you’re cool booking on a little faith, you’ll score a sunny deal. No painting or decor work will ever be done during guest stays; all updates happen between bookings.

After you book, you’ll receive an extensive digital guest guide to help you plan everything from groceries to ferry logistics. We also have a wonderful property manager who lives right on the island—she’ll meet you at the ferry, help get you to the house, show you around, and is available throughout your stay for any questions or local tips.
