On the main living level, you will find a living room with cathedral ceilings; incredible gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a wine chiller and bar area; the master bedroom king suite; a guest suite with twin beds; full bathroom with access from the living area or bedroom; and full-sized washer and dryer. Kitchen and dining areas, and the master suite all open up to the screen-enclosed lanai overlooking the pool.

The king master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a jet tub large enough for two, a glass-and-tile oversized shower, dual-sink vanity, a walk-in closet, and a separate toilet chamber. Private stairs lead you from the master suite to the pool!

The upper level of the home includes two more beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. One room includes a King-sized bed. The other oversized room includes a King bed and Twin bunk beds with safety stairs, comfortably sleeping up to 4 in one room. Both rooms have private access to the rooftop sundeck.
