The Space
The property is thoughtfully arranged across two independent units, ensuring both flexibility and privacy.
The main villa welcomes guests into bright, elegantly appointed interiors, characterized by a refined and contemporary aesthetic. It features three bedrooms—two doubles and one single—and three bathrooms with showers, two of which are particularly spacious. The living area offers a sophisticated yet comfortable setting, complete with lounge seating, TV, and a dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen is designed for effortless living.
Adjacent to the main villa, the independent guest house provides a more intimate and private space, ideal for additional guests or staff. It includes one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living area with a sofa bed, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. A private terrace, furnished with an outdoor table, creates a perfect setting for relaxed breakfasts or al fresco dinners.

The outdoor spaces are designed to fully embrace the surrounding natural beauty. A spacious panoramic terrace, elegantly furnished with dining areas, sun loungers, and outdoor lounges, is ideal for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying sunset aperitifs.

The villa benefits from direct access from the main road leading to Marina Piccola (Via Marina Piccola 41), ensuring both convenience and ease of arrival.
To guarantee a seamless and elevated stay, the rate includes daily housekeeping service (2 hours per day) as well as a dedicated concierge service by My Villa Collection, available to curate bespoke experiences with discretion and professionalism.
The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
A final cleaning fee of €300 is required at check-in.
