La Villetta is situated in a panoramic position in Lacona, in the municipality of Capoliveri, one of the major tourist areas of the island. The beach of fine sand is one of the largest on the island and alternates free areas with concession areas that offer services such as rental of sunbeds and umbrellas, windsurfing, motor boats and water sports equipment. Near the beach there are also many bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other goods for every convenience.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
Lacona is a much loved seaside resort, as it offers a long season, animated by German and Swiss tourism in the low season, a long beach of fine sand with a very shallow seabed that slopes gently. It maintains its original wild appearance, thanks to its large green spaces, the infinite pine forests without giving up the convenience of being halfway between two very important poles, Portoferraio on one side and Capoliveri on the other.

The house consists of 2 levels (ground floor and mezzanine floor) and, immersed in the tranquility of the surrounding nature, enjoys a beautiful view of the 2 gulfs of Lacona. On the ground floor we find equipped kitchenette, spacious living room, double bedroom and bathroom with shower; a staircase leads to the mezzanine, divided into 2 sleeping areas: the first with three single beds and the second with a double bed. The outdoor area is equipped with garden furniture.

- pets not allowed, the road to get to the house is unpaved.
