Set over three floors, the villa features 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed), accommodating up to 7 guests. The first-floor terraces offer beautiful sea views, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

The living room is spacious and welcoming, with a large sofa and a dining table, providing the ideal setting for spending quality time together.

The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals.

The villa has 2 bathrooms.

For maximum comfort in every season, the property is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Outside, a well-maintained area with a dining table, chairs, parasol, barbecue, outdoor masonry shower, and private parking completes the experience, combining the tranquility of the surrounding greenery with the convenience of being close to the sea.

Late check-in after 7:30 PM is available for an additional fee of €40.00.

The property does not provide bed linen or towels.

They can be rented up to 7 days before arrival at the following rates:

Double bed linen set: €40
Single bed linen set: €20

Linen must be collected exclusively from our office in Portoferraio.
