The house consists of 3 apartments, which are all spacious and well-maintained and ideal for those who want a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The 3-room apartment is on the first floor and has a light-flooded living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed) and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people. Wi-Fi and cable TV are also included. From your private and spacious terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the Mediterranean landscape of Elba and to the sea. In the spacious communal garden, surrounded by palm trees and cypress trees, a barbecue invites you to have meals together outdoors. Apart from a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in Capoliveri, 2.5 km away, and the two beaches already mentioned can be reached in just 3 minutes by car.



Parking spaces are available on the property.
