In a dominated area with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Morcone, reachable in just 7 minutes by walking down (850 mt. about). The newly built villa, in a green and quiet area with an area of about 100 square meters, has an automatic gate and driveway for exclusive use, large outdoor area, covered veranda furnished with table and chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue in masonry, private parking, washing machine, digital terrestrial TV, electric oven, microwave oven, comfortable equipped terrace overlooking the sea.
