The Apartment

Ideal for couples and families, the apartment is a cozy one-bedroom ground-floor unit with a private entrance. It features a bright living room with a kitchenette and a pull-out sofa bed, a spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed, and a bathroom with a shower enclosure. The large outdoor porch, offering a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Lacona, is the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature, enjoy breakfast outdoors, or spend pleasant summer evenings admiring the sunset over the sea. Guests also have access to a barbecue, outdoor shower, and a reserved covered parking space.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A representative will meet guests directly at the property.

Office opening hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Important Information
Bed linen and towels are not included: guests may bring their own or rent them at a cost of €20 per person. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Collection and return take place at the agency office unless otherwise agreed.
Children up to 2 years old: baby cot not provided. No extra charge if guests bring their own cot or if the child sleeps in the parents' bed.
Included services: all utilities (electricity, water, gas), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and one private parking space.
Pets are not allowed.
