There is a 3rd sleeping area in the attic that has curtains instead of a door. The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. The private outdoor area inludes a balcony with great views over the sea and onto the Aeolian Islands, as well as open and covered terraces, seating areas, a grill and a pool with deck chairs. From the property, you can walk to the beach in about 4 minutes, and the port is 850m or a 10-minute walk away. On your way to the port, you will come by several restaurants and cafés. A supermarkets can be found after 12 minutes on foot (1km). The centre of Capo d'Orlando is 4 km or a 6-minute drive away. The aiports of Palermo and Catania are both about 2 hours 15 minutes by car from the villa.
