This is a great place to stay if you want to be right on the beach, and very close to downtown shops and restaurants.
The only reason I didn't rate at 5 stars is the parking situation. There is no on-site parking, and as such, you are "fighting" with tourists and locals to find a spot every time you use your vehicle.
The city parking rules are complicated and annoying, and there isn't much signage on the actual streets. I ended up with a parking ticket. Not the property manager's fault, but it is a detractor from this amazing condo in an awesome location.
One more small complaint: the pedestal sink in the bathroom is useless if you have ANYTHING to set down aside from a toothbrush (like contact lenses, etc.). Again, a minor complaint, and probably wouldn't prevent me from staying again!
Overall, a super fun place to stay, and the Property Manager was VERY responsive, which helped greatly with all the parking nonsense.
