"Great location near the pier in Capitola. Quick walk to beach. Everything you need from umbrellas, towels, beach wagon, beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Also appreciated the granola bars; Having a garage was really handy as parking is difficult in Capitola. We were there with my daughter and 2 of her besties for an early 16th bday surf trip. As another reviewer mentioned, to get to the queen bedroom you have to walk through the family bunk room which is where...

"The home is well located and well appointed with comfortable furnishings, a garage, and a small yard.We enjoyed the hot tub too. Right downtown, walkable to everything including Capitola beach. We would stay there again."

"Such a cute and fun place to stay great central location. Easy drive to Santa Cruz Monterey and other fun spots. Incredibly beautiful area and home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This was a great place to stay with a family (our kids are 7 and 9 years old). They had a blast playing with the video games in the loft and loved the treehouse in the backyard. I'm sure they will be talking about staying in the "Mickey Mouse" house for years to come. It was conveniently located and in a great and quiet neighborhood. It was tight quarters, but that was ok with us. The ladders to climb into the lofts were fine, but could be a problem if you had younger children or older people...

"Large, funky and private in a fantastic setting and location. We could walk into the beautiful adjacent State Park and nearby town of Aptos, or drive a short distance to Santa Cruz. Enjoyed meeting the hosts. Would stay again. "

"The property was exactly as described. It was clean and Barbara was very welcoming. Access to the home was easy and convenient and parking was also easy and readily available. It was the perfect place to stay over the holiday weekend. "
