"Great place with great location "

"We used to stay in these apartments when our kids were young. Now we’ve revived the tradition with our grandchildren. It is an absolutely perfect location in the heart of Capitola Village, mere steps from the beach. But the building is solidly built and very quiet and private, with a parking garage. We were happy with everything about our stay. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed. Check-in was a breeze. We highly recommend this property and plan to return again. "

"Very clean and well appointed cottage in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is better stocked with utensils and cookware than many people's home kitchens. Discovered a small hiccup with the plumbing that required contacting hosts--Verbo's platform made it challenging to get in touch with them in a timely way but it was eventually worked around. "

"Everything you need and then some! We loved our stay here. This loft was perfect for our small family of three. Beautiful, well thought out space. Lots of sleeping room and play space. Felt private and had gorgeous fenced shared outdoor space with lighting, treehouse, playground, seating, and outdoor wet bar. Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in the area. "

"This place was so cozy! Great views from the living room, had so many things for our toddler (like kids plates and spoons, toys and even books) and even a pack and play for our newborn to sleep in, which was a total win so we didn’t have to travel with one! There was coffee available to make and all the dishes you could ever need. I highly recommend this place! My only complaint would be that all the pillows in the house (even on the couch) were down feather. So I would recommend bringing your...

"This house was spectacular. The cozy atmosphere was exactly what my group was looking for. To my surprise, sleeping on the pull out couch in the sunroom was incredible! You actually wake up looking at the trees. The house is a 20 minute walk to amazing trails within the redwoods. I cannot recommend this place enough. If it’s available the next time we’re in town, we’ll be staying here!"
