"Main house was acceptable.Secondary “house “ was very disappointing:The incomplete flooring created multiple tripping hazards with raised edges and moving boards.Refrigerator did not work!Kitchen had no cooking utensils.None of the cabinet lights worked.Calling an old futon with an old worn out mattress a double bed is ridiculous. I had to buy a blow up mattress to make it sleep able.There are ants in several places and mouse droppings in and around the futon and kitchen.The yard was nice and...

"We loved our stay at the Chelsea house! The house was clean with plenty of space. We loved the views and it's situated in a nice quiet area with lots of nature."

Mold in upstairs shower (I can send a picture). killed a spider in upstairs vanity sink; not enough towels/washrags for 2 adults for a 4 night stay; towels very old and smelled a little mildewy; needed extra blankets; coffee pods would be nice to use in the Keurig; sugar etc. for coffee/tea; outside was a little trashy, needed a good cleaning; extra trash bags would have been needed if we had actually cooked there. Better soap, lotion, shampoo and creme rinse would be...

"The house was well setup to handle our group of 10. The dining table was more than adequate for all of us to have meals. The kitchen, dining a living rooms were open and spacious. We enjoyed the spa and watching deer everyday in the back yard. I’d stay here again. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this home. Location, location, location is everything! This house was well stocked and great front deck. We were able to walk our dogs to the park (about a block away) and to midtown (about two blocks away). Fenced in backyard was nice and house well stocked with everything you need to cook. We hope to stay at this home in the future and host very responsive."
