"This place was really lovely: I enjoyed the amenities, the clean room, and the breakfast, which had a delightful variety of options. The only thing I wish had been available was an ATM. When I asked the front desk about it, they kindly informed me that there isn't an ATM on the premises."

"For a quick stayover, this hotel is efficient and comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent -- very friendly and accommodating when I had a maintenance issue. I had to switch rooms because the shower only had HOT water, so that was disappointing and inconvenient, but they took care of it quickly. There was a goody bag with cold water and cookies and chips. Nice! Breakfast was an extensive impressive spread. The bed was super comfortable. Good value."

"If you have no choice, you are better off sleeping in your car. The headboard fell on my husband's head, and behind the board, we found bugs running around. Then the next room smelled terribly of cigarettes, although we specifically requested and paid for a non-smoking room. When we complained, they basically told us to deal with it."

"Room 141 has a broken microwave, the person in the office checked it and said he would check the storage room and exchange it, he never came back. The room had an odor, the plugs to charge our phones didn't work, we had to flip the switch several times to get the light on, water pressure wasn't strong and mattresses were not comfortable."

"We had a girls trip planned and I made the reservation because of the pool and the included breakfast. And for the Comfort Inn name. I thought it was a good value. NO! The pool was green. There was a bagel Left in the toaster from that morning’s breakfast and when we down to look at the breakfast options, there was not much available. There was tissue in our peephole on the door. The security lock was broken. The wall was spackled but not repainted. The bathroom had mold in the tub. Not sure...

"For the price of the stay at +200. It was poorly maintained. More like a Motel 6. Very disappointing. Not what I expected. The staff was friendly."

"AC was broken in common areas and not expected to be fixed for days. TV didn’t work in our room and front desk told us there was nothing they could do. Also, they ran out of pillows."

"This place is a gem– – a beautifully preserved building that dates back to the colonial era which nonetheless provides all modern conveniences. It’s only a stone’s throw from the center of town on a lovely leafy street. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We’re looking forward to our next visit. If you require an elevator, be warned – – this hotel does not have one. We did not mind bringing our bags up to our third-floor room, but that might be a problem for others."
