This property has ocean views looking out over the expanse of water towards Pyramid Rock from the living area、kitchen and meals area. You can enjoy breakfast or bbq on the rear deck while enjoying a beautiful sunset over the ocean. You may even get a chance sighting of a variety of whales on their annual migration south.
On entry to this home you will be welcomed by a pond and coastal garden along a short boardwalk that leads to the beautiful rustic Balinese front door.Upon entry, the home is light filled and spacious.

Downstairs is a full sized double garage with remote control door and internal access to house.
Two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and also a single bed in one. One bedroom also having a desk and desk chair.
Also downstairs is the rumpus room with two couches , a pool table, piano and dart board. A spacious modern open plan bathroom. Laundry with washing machine, dryer with door access to clothesline.
Inclosed backyard with coastal native trees has a hot outdoor shower area for washing off the sand after the beach.
As you ascend the stairs you will find a large, light filled spacious living area due to the expanse of windows and raised mid section ceiling. A centralised kitchen area, being the hub of the home. Where you can enjoy the view and reconnect.

The kitchen is well equipped with a large integrated fridge, Miele dishwasher and has good sized cooking appliances. The timber and stone give a natural, earthy feel. You will also find a butlers pantry with additional sink, microwave and tea, coffee facilities.
Ample seating at the meals area with soft leather window seat, looking out to the ocean.

Lounge area leads out to rear deck. Has two large couches, TV, TV unit with DVD player, Apple TV. Also Wifi access.There is also a daybed, nook area off the lounge room. Perfect to read a book or curl up for a nap.
