All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 18 Beach Boulevard, Blouberstrand
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
The property manager will hand over a set of keys consisting of the following:

* front gate key
* front door key
Please make sure to not leave the balcony and front door open at the same time, as this will cause the doors to slam and glass to break.
