This wonderful holiday home is situated on the beachfront and has
everything you could need for an incredible vacation complete with a
private pool to enjoy the summer sunshine.

Melkbosstrand - otherwise known as Melkbos - is a unique and serene
village that appeals to holidaymakers for many reasons. From the
friendly locals to the easy-going atmosphere that flows throughout this
seaside village, your holiday will leave you feeling like a new person.

The home can comfortably sleep up to 6 and has three bedrooms and three
bathrooms, making it the ideal holiday rental for friends or family
gatherings. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom
with a bathtub and shower, and direct access to the garden. The second
and third bedrooms have a double bed, accessing the shared bathroom
with a shower, and the shared guest toilet.

Styled in soothing oceanic tones and modern finishes, the main interior
includes a full kitchen to whip up a delicious meal in good company,
two lounge areas - one with a large flat-screen TV - and an indoor
braai perfect for entertaining no matter the weather. The open plan
design leads effortlessly to the partially enclosed patio featuring
stunning ocean views, an 8-seater dining area, casual lounge, two sun
loungers and a gas braai - talk about maximum relaxation!

Melkbos offers visitors some quiet and picturesque sandy beaches with
designated fishing spots. The beaches here are popular with surfers and
kitesurfers as the summer waves are nothing short of superb, and some
fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs in the vicinity will keep you
entertained throughout your stay.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 12 14th Avenue, Melkbosstrand, Cape Town

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
