equipped kitchen featuring everything you need to enjoy a comfortable
self-catering stay, including a dishwasher and a washing machine for
added convenience.

The dining area features a stylish round dining table with seating for
four guests, while the lounge is thoughtfully furnished with an
L-shaped sofa, a TV cabinet with a mounted flat-screen television
equipped with access to streaming services such as Netflix. Guests will
enjoy internet access throughout the property.

A unique feature of this apartment is that it has a stylish mini bar
nook, a small island with stools, shelves for glasses, and a bar
fridge, creating the ideal spot for entertaining. Glass bi-fold doors
open to the balcony, boasting a spectacular view of the beach and
Atlantic Ocean.

The apartment includes two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a
queen-sized bed, a mounted flatscreen television, ample storage space
for your wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted
with a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin with a bathroom cabinet,
and a toilet. The room also gives guests access to the balcony. The
second bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a queen-sized bed, and a
television. This bathroom also includes a spacious walk-in shower, a
washbasin, and a toilet. Additionally, the property includes a separate
powder room for guests’ convenience.
Linen and towels are provided with your stay.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Lagoon Gate Drive, Lagoon Beach, Milnerton, 7441.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
