The impressive 2-bedroom apartment, located on the upper floor of our newly built guest house in late 2017, includes a spacious living area with large glass dining table, TV corner and open kitchen. A large glass sliding door leads to the great balcony and next to one of the kitchenettes directly into the beautiful bedroom with "en-suite" bathroom.
 
The TV corner is equipped with a 140cm TV (connected directly to the internet), 2 sofa beds and a couch table. The kitchen is equipped with top appliances, such. B. Fridge / freezer and induction cooker, and everything necessary for cooking and enjoying. Outdoor furniture is available on the balcony, and high-efficiency UV radiant heaters invite you to linger outdoors for the wonderful summer evenings here in Constantia.
 
In the bedroom double beds with two first-class single mattresses in extra length guarantee a restful sleep and the night / make-up tables as well as the chic wardrobe in real wood provide for the appropriate comfort. The bathroom with direct access has a walk-in shower, bath and a chic vanity.
A modern air conditioning system ensures the right climate in the living and sleeping areas.
 
Our guests have access to the lush garden with solar-heated 45sqm swimming pool and park their vehicles in the courtyard on the property behind the main gate. The entire property is very well lit at night, inside and out, and secured with a sophisticated alarm system, u. a. with motion detectors connected to a security service.
 
We are independent of the public water system and use our own water for the garden, swimming pool and other requirements. Hot water, distributed via an energy-saving loop, provides us with a highly efficient heat pump. The process water is directed into the garden via a specially installed pipe system. We participate in the South African recycling system.
