comfortable, self-catering experience, including a washing machine for
added convenience. The large countertop includes two barstools,
creating an intimate sitting area.
The lounge area is thoughtfully furnished with a plush sofa, a single
chair, a stylish coffee table, and a mounted flatscreen television.
Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and
inviting atmosphere with sliding doors that lead out to a modest
balcony with an urban outlook.
The bedroom features a double-size bed with ample storage space for
your wardrobe as well as a bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin
with vanity, and a toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your
stay.
Guests will have access to a secure parking space and can enjoy a swim
in the shared outdoor pool during hot summer days. Green Point is home
to the Cape Town Stadium, the Green Point Common, and the Urban Park,
among many other attractions. Nearby activities to enjoy in Green Point
include swimming at the beach or in the pool, cycling, or surfing.
In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 7 Harbour Terrace , 9 Boundary Road , De Waterkant.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
