Annie’s Haven at Greenways Golf Estate

Welcome to Annie’s Haven, a beautifully stylish home situated in the
secure Greenways Golf Estate, located in the seaside suburb of Strand,
Cape Town. Strand is a lively suburb best known for its expansive beach
stretches, water sports, farmers’ markets, and easy access to the
Helderberg Wine Route. Melkbaai, the main beach, is considered one of
the safest swimming beaches in South Africa and is a favourite amongst
families on holiday.

Walking into this home, guests are immediately greeted with an
intimate, shared dining area and living room. The dining area features
a timeless dining set that can seat up to six guests. Just off the
dining area, you will find the living room that’s furnished with a
plush L-shaped couch, a stylish coffee table, and a flat-screen
television. Additionally, a variety of board games and puzzles are also
included, perfect for unwinding with loved ones after a day full of
exploring. Large glass windows and a sliding door lead out to an
enclosed patio fitted with an indoor braai, while allowing natural
light to spill into the room. Internet access is available throughout
the whole property.

The kitchen is located just behind the dining area. Fitted with sleek
cabinetry and a stylish tile backsplash, this kitchen is fully equipped
with everything necessary for a comfortable self-catering stay. Modern
appliances, a washing machine, and a Nespresso machine are also
included for added convenience.

Down the hall, guests will find two well-appointed bedrooms. This home
can comfortably sleep up to five people, with a sleeper couch available
for children 12 years and younger for an extra fee upon request. The
main bedroom features a queen-size bed, two bedside tables, a large
wardrobe that provides ample storage space, and an en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and a washbasin. The second bedroom
contains two single beds, a shared bedside table, and a wardrobe. The
second shared bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and is
fitted with a shower, bath, toilet, and washbasin. Fresh towels and
linens will be provided for your stay.

During their stay, guests can enjoy included features such as access to
a private beach area, a communal outdoor swimming pool, and a
restaurant, all located within the estate. Additionally, popular
attractions such as Greenways Beach, Cheetah Outreach, and the
Silwerboomkloof Nature Reserve, as well as a variety of shopping
centres, restaurants, and cafés, are all located just a short drive
away.

A facial recognition registration fee of R350 per person applies. Guests are required to visit the clubhouse to complete their registration and make payment. Card payment is preferred, as cash acceptance cannot be guaranteed. The clubhouse is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on weekends. If you need to check in outside of these hours, you may proceed by signing in and out at the gate until your registration has been completed.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests, with a sleeper couch available for children aged 12 and under at an additional fee upon request.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Greenways Golf Estate, St Andrews Drive, Strand.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
