"Very smooth process with checking in, especially with having a service animal! Staff on each shift were all very friendly, polite, & helpful whenever we needed anything! That says a lot, as I am a local here, and needed a place to stay due to the storm. Definitely recommend for all SA, ESA, & regular pet owners! "
