BEACH HOUSE AT CAPE PATERSON

BEACH HOUSE at Cape Paterson is a newly refurbished modern 2 storey house with new furnishings. Peaceful and tranquil with prime location just a few hundred metres walk to the both the Bay Beach, Surf Beach and shops .

The Beach House has two separate living areas and is great for couples or families with kids.

The house has two upstairs balconys and three separate deck areas downstairs. The balcony and deck areas provide a perfect environment to relax. The house has complimentary access to Netflix, WiFI and is a smoke-free house.

The house has four bedrooms - configured as follows :
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed (Upstairs)
Bedroom 2 - 1 Double Bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 Bunk Beds (4 single Beds)

The house has two separate living areas - one upstairs and one downstairs. Both living areas have large screen Smart TVs as illustrated in photo's.

Adjacent to the upstairs kitchen is an open plan dining area with a large table (seats eight) and access to an extensive balcony area which faces East and is the perfect spot for breakfast or a morning coffee. A balcony is also available from the large upstairs living area which faces West and provides a ideal location to watch the sun go down.

Kitchen:

The house has a well equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, microwave, electric stove, family sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle and a generous supply of utensils, plastics, pots & crockery.

Bathrooms:

There is one full bathroom on the ground floor, an ensuite off the master bedroom on the first floor, and a separate powder room accessible from the upstairs living room. There is also an external shower available to refresh yourself after coming home from a relaxing day at the beach. There is a total of three showers (two internal and one external) and three toilets available for your convenience.
