"Very disappointed with my stay. For almost $400 per night, I expected much better. The room was dirty, the bed linens needed changing, and I ended up cleaning and remaking the bed myself. The bed frame was rusty, and the mattress protector was stained and in poor condition. The bathroom sink was also pulling away from the wall. When I reported these issues, the only solution offered was clean bedsheets. I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told none was available. Overall, the property is...

"The location is beautiful and the staff are amazing. I would agree with some of the other reviews...while the bedding and bathroom was very clean, there were some other areas that could use a good cleaning...baseboards, etc."

"Stayed here with a family of 4. Easy check-in and good parking. Room was a little dated but clean and worked well for us. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Close to the beach and a mile walk or drive to the stone harbor shops."
