"This house is cozy and just what our family wanted. The host was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is a quiet street and, most wonderful, the house is actually right on the water, so that at high tide the water is literally under the house and it feels like being on a houseboat. "This was a wonderful place!! My husband and I with our 2 adult sons met for a 2 night quick vacation. The accommodations here were superb! Immaculately clean house in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything we could want was here. I would highly recommend this vacation spot for anyone! Wonderful host as well!"

We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. Happy others seem to have had a decent experience but...
