"We were in Auburn for a race and really just needed a room as a home base, napping spot and quick shower. We didn't end up needing the room until the day of checkout and the staff was SO KIND to let us check in that morning. I took a fantastic shower and loved the soft towels and bath products. I got a great 20 min nap in the super comfy bed (100 miles of running makes me really appreciate creature comforts!). We were SO grateful to the staff for their kind and helpful service. "

"Property was clean and convenient to many different food options. Staff was nice and helpful . I don't usually stay in motels because they are often dirty and seem like they charge by the hour. But this was probably the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in and surprisingly very quiet for a holiday weekend. "

"We really enjoyed the cottages. We styed in the Spruce cottage but saw that the other carport had firewood so we are assuming the other cottage has a fireplace. We hope to stay in that cottage next time and have friends join us for a nice long weekend in the winter Otherwise, we loved our experience. So quaint and convenient. We had a great experience."

"I was looking for a clean place to sleep on a rail trip. This was a great place that fit my needs. It was clean and looked recently remodeled. When I check into a new place I always check the sheets and bed for signs of bugs. Past the test!! The sheets were clean and very nice to sleep in. The owner was nice and showed interest in my stay. It was a good stay for a motel. "

"Great location and friendly staff! Walkable to shopping and restaurants. They served refreshments in the evening and a continental breakfast in the morning. Loved the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our room upstairs across the street. Easy parking however climbing the stairs could be a limitation for others. "

"My fiancé and I took a last minute trip and this place was perfect. Freshly renovated, we booked the room with an open ceiling. I could tell it was newly remodeled just by looking and smelling. The nice young woman who I believe is the owner was very gracious and accommodating. It’s walking distance to old downtown which has plenty of restaurants. The parking lot can be a little tricky due to the design and space. I highly recommend this quaint inn and hope to make a return visit. "

"Just looking for a cheap room for a sleep. Under $100 can’t complain. The Motel 6 nearby was a little nicer but they don’t have a pool. This spot has large pillows if you are a side sleeper you’ll wake up with a neck ache like me. Also my curtains wouldn’t completely close so the Sun woke me at 7 AM."
