Clean rooms, good size and full kitchen; comfortable furnishings.Only caution is that this is a beach-side location and appears to have a bit of a price premium for that reason. "The condo was clean. The entrance is on the side, which we found after trying the front door. Be aware that the floor is not even, and slopes a bit. Also there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are located, but that was not a problem for us."

"Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return."

"This is a very good place for two couples or families with two pre teen children. It’s in a somewhat hilly, but walkable neighborhood with locally owned restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s a two mile walk or drive to the heart of the Old Port, and the locally renowned Becky’s Diner is about a half mile away. Please note that there’s one bathroom and it’s on the second floor, which requires climbing a flight of stairs. There’s on street parking, which we were lucky to find spaces nearby."

"This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful.
The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End.
Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went...
