You will find plenty of space on two floors, as well as on the large pool deck with an additional Tiki Hut lounge area. Experience the first wow factor upon entering the villa: the living and dining area offers plenty of space and an incredible view of the pool area and the expansive basin. This view is hard to beat. The living room area gets connected to the terrace by opening the large sliding doors. You can prepare a cocktail or coffee in the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine available!) and then find your perfect place to relax in the beautiful outdoor area. On hot summer days, the pool is a welcome way to cool off. The small water features and the view create a relaxed holiday atmosphere. Blue water as far as the eye can see!
The pool area offers, in addition to the dining table and lounge area, plenty of sun loungers and a BBQ grill for those great barbecue evenings. The beautiful pool deck is laid out in attractive natural stone; the pool was recently renovated and equipped with glass tiles in a modern design. It's is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes
The villa has a professional insect spray system around the terrace.
At the boat dock (with lift, on request) directly on the water you will find seating to enjoy the sunsets as best as possible. Dolphins and manatees pass by here all the time. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
A special highlight for kids and game fans: the game room with a billiard table, darts and fooseball = uninterrupted fun is guaranteed for hours. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. Apple TV is available on the living room TV.
In total, Key West offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Enough space to spend a vacation with two families. Thanks to the many areas inside and out, everyone can find their own place to relax.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
