Villa Florida Orange -newly built at Eight Lakes, on water, modern, pool & spa

Situated on the beautiful 8 Lakes, Villa Florida Orange is a real treasure with its breathtaking sunrises. A luxury vacation in a prime location that guarantees relaxation and recreation. The first coffee in the morning can be enjoyed comfortably on the pool deck (Nespresso machine available). Spot some wildlife as well, such as dolphins or manatees!

As you enter the villa, you are welcomed by the bright, friendly furnishings and step directly into the open-plan living room with a magnificent view of the pool and the lake. Here you can spend cozy family evenings after a long, exciting day on vacation, after you have prepared a delicious dinner in the adjoining, fully equipped kitchen.

The large sliding doors lead you to the pool deck, where a gorgeous pool and comfortable sun loungers await you. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation day is here. The large pool and spa are electrically heated and operated with modern, skin-friendly salt technology. For the safety of the little ones, there is a pool fence available. The BBQ grill and outdoor kitchen allow you to prepare delicious meals on a warm summer evening, which you can enjoy at the dining table on the terrace with an unforgettable sunset panorama.

There is plenty of space for up to eight people in four bedrooms. The master bedroom and two more have direct access to the pool. The spacious master area offers a walk-in closet, a luxurious bathtub, a walk-in shower, two washbasins and a separate WC. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, the fourth a queen-size bed.

For music fans, we have installed the Sonos loudspeaker system (WLAN speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

By boat you can enjoy quick access to the golf through the beautiful Rose Garden area. You can also drive to many shops, restaurants and parks in just a few minutes.

In addition to the home's great amenities, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach gear for your outings in the garage.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside. Thank you for your understanding!

A boat rental is recommended!!! No boating license is required in Florida and the boat you rent from us will be right at your booked villa, e.g. to visit the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! With a bit of luck you might spot dolphins. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map. You can then select the boat of your choice directly when booking.
