Escape now to this wonderful pool home on freshwater canal! Renovated throughout with a contemporary flair. 2024 master bathroom remodel with new shower and flooring, 2023 Kitchen remodel with new Cabinets, Large Island with lots of storage, New Cambria Countertops, beautiful Back splash, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and new lighting. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Great Room, Open Concept Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and washer and dryer. Heated pool with large Lanai, outdoor dining area, gas fire pit with seating area, cement dock with lounge chairs. Very quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and near Matlacha fishing village where you can watch the Dolphins and Manatee swimming and playing in the gulf.. The house is fully furnished and has a large gas Weber Grill, beach lounge chairs, and coolers. It is a short drive to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Naples.

This home is located close to Sandoval and Surfside shops in SW Cape Coral.

Max occupancy is 6 people.

Electricity is included in the rate which is not typical in this market. 6% sales tax and 51/2 % tourist tax & exit cleaning fee are added to your quote.

Wundervoller und entspannter Urlaub in Cape Coral

Wir hatten 5 wundervolle Tage in Cape Coral und haben das Haus und die Gegend sehr genossen.Es war unser allererstes Ferienhaus in den USA und wir wurden direkt Ć¼berzeugt :-) Das Haus ist sehr modern und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich so wĆ¼nscht, ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch - es war sehr ruhig und direkt an einem Kanal gelegen. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt dort sein Eis zu essen und Schildkrƶten zu beobachten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, sowie der Check-in liefen auch unkompliziert. Wir kƶnnen das Haus auf jeden Fall uneingeschrƤnkt weiter empfehlen und wĆ¼rden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Wonderful home!

This home was one of the most well appointed places we have rented. They thought of everything. Beds were comfy and rooms were roomy. Plenty of amenities, towels, etc. There was even a fully stocked spice rack and cooking oils. We will definitely rent here again! The pool was in the sun the entire afternoon. The evening sunset was lovely over the trees. The owners are truly ā€œMidwest Niceā€ by having there home complete with everything you need! Thank you!

Beautiful rental

House was as advertised. My family loved the house, pool and all the amenities. Our kids loved that they had their own TVā€™s in each room with access to various streaming apps.The beach material provided was a lifesaver. The tent, towels, chairs, bags, and beach mat were greatly appreciated. If we didnā€™t have these our trips to the beach would not have been as enjoyable, great additions. If we are ever back in Cape Coral we would definitely return to this property, and recommend to other visitors.

Great Cape Coral Stay

The house was very clean upon arrival and had all of the extras we wished for in a vacation home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the beds were extremely comfortable. The furniture, decor, and ammenities the property provided made it a very updated and enjoyable home to stay in. We were able to view a lot of wildlife in the canal and the sunsets were fabulous. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in the Cape Coral area!

Great Stay

Wonderful experience in Cape Coral

All was best and the house was clean and well maintained. Lots of extra pool stuff was available for a great time. The same for a stay at the beaches. We called Greg for an issue and he promptly took care of us. Great property manager. We had one minor point that wasnā€™t ideal being here in the hot month of August, we couldnā€™t park our SUV in the garage and therefore in the shade. The owner has his car parked inside, to the far right and only compact fits comfortably.

Stress free and exactly as described beautiful home

Everything was absolutely perfect the moment we walked through the doors. First thing out of my teenage boys mouth were itā€™s so clean, feels like home:) I would highly, highly recommend staying here! The owners are so hospitable and so easy to communicate with. I have stayed in A LOT of VRBO homes but this one was by far the best of the best!! Everything was so clean-We felt so comfortable all week!

Amazing family vacay

I canā€™t brag enough about this location, the house, the amenities on site, and the ease of communication with the owners. My family of four loved staying here and would not hesitate to stay at this property anytime weā€™re in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. The house had so many of the things we needed and a lot of wants as well, from everyday use items in the kitchen to the ā€œoh I wish I wouldā€™ve brought thatā€ and it was there item(s).

Nice Place and Quiet Neighborhood

The overall stay was very enjoyable. However, the location was not as convenient as other stays in the Cape Coral area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with whatever you could possibly need. The checkout process was quite extensive, and nothing like we've ever been asked to do when staying at other Vrbo properties. The laundry room was quite noisy and could not be run at night due to the adjacent bedroom. We really appreciated all of the beach gear, but could have used more buckets, shovels, etc for the beach. The pool area was nice, but some of the chairs were old and rusty. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

All you could want

Fabulous villa in a lovely location alongside a canal. Peaceful and relaxing in a very well kept area. We would highly recommend this comfortable villa to anyone. We were very happy with this rental. Everything that you could possibly need was provided. We were contacted several times by the owner and property managers to ensure everything was running smoothly, which of course it was.
