Guest Access:
Guests will have entire premises for themselves and will be given a 4-digit number, unique to the guests, to enter the premises on check-in day.
The Neighborhood:
An urban oasis. This home provides a peaceful escape without sacrificing proximity to the area's best shops and restaurants.
Getting Around:
We have several bikes on the property, allowing you to enjoy a wonderful family bike ride through the neighborhood or to one of the very near local establishments like/ Publix, Wawa, Target, Lowe's, Five Guys, bakeries, McDonalds, Burger King, Tropic Smoothie, Dunkin Donuts and much more!
We have driveway parking that allows space for several vehicles, and there is plenty of street parking on the street. Sorry, we do not allow parking in our garage.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. These rules are in place to protect our home, our neighbors, and your experience.
No Smoking Indoors
No smoking or vaping inside the house. Please use provided ashtrays outdoors only.
Do not discard butts in the yard, pool, driveway, or toilets.
NO Illegal drugs or firearms
NO parties or events
NO unregistered guests
NO Confetti, glitter, tape, or pins on walls/ceilings/furniture
NO Commercial filming/photography without prior approval
Guest Limits & Visitor Policy
Max occupancy: 10 guests (per city code)
No local guests unless cleared in advance
No unregistered overnight guests
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Please respect our quiet, family-friendly neighborhood)

Please keep doors & windows closed when A/C or heat is on.
Pool Rules
No food or drinks in pool (helps prevent contamination & excessive cleaning)
Use at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty
Pool safety gate available (stored in garage)
Pool heater is off May–Sept (temperature varies by weather)

Children & pets must be supervised at all times.
Life jackets & helmets are provided and strongly encouraged.
Extended Stays
Stays longer than 2 weeks require bi-weekly cleanings (fee applies).
Other Notes
No mail or packages may be delivered to the home
Internet outages may occur from the provider — we do our best but cannot guarantee service
Starter supplies (TP, paper towels, trash bags) are provided — you may need more for longer stays
