Villa Swift Getaway - Fully stocked and nicely furnished 3BR/ 2 bath waterfront Villa in SW Cape Coral. Close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Bicycles, fishing poles, heated pool, tiki hut, dock and boat lift. Sleeps 6.
Full electricity included in price. No further costs occur after booking. Owners allow 1 non shedding dog up to 45 lbs. - pet fee applies. We ask for pre-approval please.

We are a professional local property management company and are available 24/7 if needed.

Our property manager will stop by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any questions you may have.

You will have the entire house to yourself and will not need to share any spaces. Check-in is self-service via an access code, which will be sent to you one week before your arrival.


Villa Swift Getaway is situated in desirable SW Cape Coral and is conveniently located close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Going south you will find a Publix, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. We also have multiple great parks for kids and dogs within a couple miles radius, lots of ice cream places and little cafés.

One week prior to your arrival, we will provide all the information you need for a smooth check-in. We will also arrange a convenient time for a brief meet-and-greet at the house with our property manager.
Throughout your stay, our property manager will be available by phone or email to assist with any questions or needs.

On the western facing lanai, you can watch the most gorgeous sunsets while enjoying a well-deserved drink or a great BBQ dinner. You can relax, play, or swim in the pool all day or just take in the wonderful water views after a day at the beach.
The dock has plenty of room for a boat. If you want to bring your own or just rent a boat for a few days, it can conveniently be tied up it in your own backyard.
The brand new and fully stocked kitchen invites for some delicious home cooked meals. Thanks to the great open floor plan you can prepare the food while still entertaining or being entertained by the rest of your group and never miss out on the fun.
The master suite is fantastic. The bedroom has a nice king size bed and of course a smart TV and the attached spacious master bathroom has a his and her sink, a great walk-in shower, and a big walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom one is furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser, and a smart TV. Guest bedroom two has 2 twin beds, also a dresser and a smart TV. Both guest bedrooms have a nice sized closet as well.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present throughout the reservation.
In the winter months, the pool heaters are preset to 86°F for your arrival. You are welcome to adjust the temperature to your liking during your stay.
