Villa Bellisima is located on a quiet street on a corner lot in a convenient and central location of SE Cape Coral. This home is minutes away from dining, entertainment, and shopping. The bridges to Fort Myers and points east are a breeze to get to and with a short drive you are at the airport, at a Twins or Red Sox Spring Training game, or hopping on the interstate to go to attractions north or south.

Once inside the home, you will love the tasteful decor, thoughtful touches, and attention to detail. There is a formal dining area for your party of 6 along with a formal living or sitting area that also offers a desk so you have space for your laptop. The open-concept family room adjoined to the open kitchen space is ideal for entertaining or gathering your group together. The kitchen with its handsome appliance package and granite counters is fully equipped so you can whip up your favorite recipes. A sleep sofa in the family room can be used allowing this home to sleep, up to 8 persons.

The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, direct pool access and a bathroom ensuite. The spacious bath offers dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in tile shower. This suite will offer the ultimate rest haven for the head of the group.

In a split floor plan design, the guest rooms are on the opposite side of the layout and each room is equipped with a queen-size bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage for your belongings. The full-size guest bath is conveniently adjacent to the guest rooms. Of course, towels and linens are available for your stay.

The home offers FREE WiFi connection and cable TV package, beach towels, propane gas, and sun loungers for the heated pool.
