The open concept allows for easy flow between the kitchen, living room, and dining area, making it a great space for entertainment, holding small gatherings, or relaxing with your loved ones. In addition to the two queen-size beds, there is also a sleeper sofa that can be converted into a full-size sofa bed.

This gem is located within 10 minutes of the tiny island of Matlacha, where you will find many one-of-a-kind colorful charm homes, waterfront restaurants, bars, galleries and gift shops, a fishing pier, and much more. If you are a nature lover consider going to the waterfront Sirenia Vista Park which is a great place to fish, launch your kayak, or just walk on the trail and watch the manatees and other wildlife. Within 10 minutes of the property, you will also find many restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and much more to visit during your stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Access to the home will be restricted if requirements are not completed.
