You will never want to go home after spending some time here.. This home has been completely remodeled with open floor plan. Back of home is lined with pocket sliders to open up the main living area and master bedroom. Bright open kitchen fully stocked for anything you might want to make. Kurig coffee maker - toaster- mixer etc. Master is large and also has a sitting room with a sleeper sofa. Large lanai area gives you plenty of options for enjoying the outdoor fresh air. Heated pool that also has just been updated will cool you off on those hot days and on cold days will be warm enough to take a dip. The beds are comfy with plenty of extra blankets. Tv's in master and living room. 2 car garage with beach chairs and cooler for your beach days. Everything you need to have a amazing vacation. No need to bring anything but yourself and your personal items. Close to shopping, Sunsplash, beaches and anything you would like to do to make your vacation memorable. Spend your time here and you won't be disappointed.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber und in einer ruhigen Lage. Es waren ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden und auch die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien, um zu Kochen. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Clean, spacious, and inviting place to stay. We had a great experience and the only "complaint" would be that our time flew by too fast. Pool was great and all the avaialble space was perfect for our vacation. We would definately look to stay again if we have the chance.

Property was clean and had everything you would need for cooking. Pool was amazing. Loved the lanai for just relaxing. The house was beautiful. Host was amazing to deal with for any questions we had. Would love to stay here in the winter but already rented.

We had a beautiful 5 day stay and totally enjoyed this house. Well equipped and what a nice quiet neighborhood too. The screened in pool with a dining table and comfortable seating area was the icing on the cake. Boy did we love that aspect of the house. Would definitely stay again if we visit this area in the future. Host is super communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!!

The house was immaculate and just plain light! The house is super cute inside and there are lots of TVs. We spent hours in the pool and on the lanai. We had great communication from the host.We loved our stay.

Lovely! This property is very well appointed. Extras for the beach, the pool and little things like not only a blow dryer but a curling iron too. Much thought has been put into equipping this home. Communication with the property owner was always timely. Would rate as an A

Ein toll eingerichtetes Haus, hier stimmte alles, Einrichtung Dekoration, Geräte alles top.Leider gibt es auch zu bemerken, dass der Pool innerhalb von Dreieinhalb Wochen nur einmal gereinigt wurde.Leider war auch die Nachbarschaft gegenüber dem Pool tagsüber sehr laut. Hier wurde mit Außenlautsprecher laute Musik abgespielt, und es tobten mindestens 3 Kinder auf dem Außengelände mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Trampolin

Wir waren erst einmal total begeistert von allem. Das aus war genau wie auf den Bildern. Alles war super gepflegt, sauber und neu. Wir haben uns sofort richtig wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr gehen. Das Haus war wirklich ein Traum, der Pool war perfekt und die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer hätten nicht besser sein können

Wir haben dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal ein Haus gemietet, zum Testen erstmal nur 5 Tage. Wir waren aber alle positiv Überrascht und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten. Es war vom CheckIn bis zum CheckOut einfach perfekt und es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Strandstühle/Liegen, Kühlboxen und Strandspiele sind im Haus zur Nutzung enthalten. Und die Küche war ein Traum. Wir waren schon weltweit in sehr vielen Hotels und Häusern, aber so ein sauberes Objekt haben wir noch nie erhalten. Ein Dank auch nochmal an Nancy die für alle Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung stand.

We enjoyed our stay as the home & pool is nicely done. Big negative was the really loud neighbors in the back 2 houses to the left partying every day & night, some nights until after midnight. Very very loud music & they were talking/hollering over the loud music. Hard to just relax & get a good nights sleep.

Bereits bei der Anfahrt waren wir positiv überrascht. Tolles freistehendes Haus in einer ruhigen und sehr gepflegten Wohngegend. Innen erwartet die Gäste ein sehr komfortables und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und einer gehobenen Ausstattung. Sehr gute und große Küche mit allem was für einen mehrtätigen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Bad im rechten Teil des Hauses und ein großes Schafzimmer inkl. einer Sofa-Ecke mit Blick auf den eigenen Pool und einem eigenen Bad im linken Bereich. Betten war sehr bequem. Tolle Poolanlage mit ausreichend Sitz- und Liegeflächen mit einem für Florida üblichen und notwendigen Netz um die gesamte Außenanlage. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Poolreiniger wurde angekündigt und hat sich um die Reinigung gekümmert. Die große Garage haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr guter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermietern. Fazit: Erwartungen übertroffen, erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr tollen Ferienhaus. Die Weiterfahrt viel schwer. :-) Das Haus ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen!!

We had a wonderful time and the house was beautiful and spacious! We enjoyed the pool and the beaches. We went to several of the restaurants that the host recommended and they were really good and we had a lot of fun! Would def stay here again! Love that everything was a short drive and there was not much traffic.

This property is wonderful! The website was accurate and detailed the property just as it was! The cleanliness as well as all the little extras (lotions, shampoos, conditioner, soap, plenty of towels and beach towels) made for a restful and relaxing vacation! I would definitely rent this property again!! Decor was nice as well!

The pristine pool home was clean and ready for our vacation week. Property management provided all required amenities for the week, although, the unit didn't have an iron, property manager Nancy, got us one with a new iron board a day later. The pool was well-kept and ready to use. property location is only a few minutes from the strip mall and restaurants, and the Publix grocery store is about 5 minutes away. The pool area could use better privacy, as the house behind us had a one-day family picnic, and they were a bit loud, but the good news is that it was for one day only, and the rest of the week we had our privacy. Overall, we had a great time on this property, everything was as described on the website, and we highly recommend it. -Omar

I have stayed in over 20 VRBO homes. This, by far, was the best. All furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, lanai furniture) was all very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen layout was great. Clean dish towels and pot holders were supplied. Bathrooms were supplied with very nice towels and hair dryers. The floors throughout the house were clean!! Very rare in VRBO homes. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Never turned on the TVs but there was a TV in the master and living room. The photos on the VRBO listing are accurate. House is as advertised.

Nice and clean. Beautiful house. I would buy this property. The host let us enjoy our vacation, no ridiculous rules, any breakable decorations could easily be moved and placed back, well stocked, great pool and outside space.

The owner was so easy to work with and available to answer questions when needed. The home is beautiful and looks just like the photos. The neighborhood felt very safe. The pool was amazing, wish we would’ve spent more time in it but it was our first time to Fort Myers area and we wanted to explore the beaches too. Definitely use her recommendations for places to go visit and shop. We didn’t check out Farmer Jones’s until the last day and were very disappointed we didn’t try it sooner. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!!
