The VIEWS are Picturesque in this gorgeous pool home on intersecting canals. Pet-Friendly...Family Friendly!
You will not want to return home after a stay in this beautiful home situated in a premier neighborhood of SW Cape Coral. The location a dream between the long-range water views and the walking distance to Cape Harbour Marina dining and entertainment, Camelot park with tennis and playground or even a quick walk to the grocery store. The home boasts outstanding western exposure for all day sun, fast gulf access, a heated saltwater pool, a fountain, a jetted in pool bar and an outdoor kitchen. Flat screen TV adjacent to the lanai dining area, a gas bbq grill and a pool bath rounds out the outdoor living space.
Inside the home, you will be equally amazed by the open concept of the kitchen, dining and living areas. The well-equipped kitchen, the granite breakfast bar, or the amazing dining nook overlooking the views of the pool and the canals. The living area offers space for all to enjoy a program on the large flat screen TV. Sliders lead directly to the pool area and again the amazing views of the waterways.
A king-size master with a large flat screen TV on the wall, direct lanai access and spacious en-suite bath. The bath offering a separate tub and walk-in shower, granite counters, jack n jill sinks and dressing vanity.
One guest room has a king-size bed and flat screen TV while the other 2 guest rooms are perfect for families traveling together. One offers 2 sets of bunk beds for the children's shared space and flat-screen TV while the other offers 2 twin beds. The guest bath with a tub/shower combination and granite countertops.
In the backyard, you will find a large dock with a boat lift if boating is part of your vacation plans. Bring your boat or rent a boat from a local company this is the perfect boating home. Need recommendations of boating companies just ask we can put you in touch with local rental companies that have a variety of vessels to choose from.
Pets are prohibited on The Property unless authorized by the Property Manager. If unauthorized pets are found on premises Guest will be charged a non-refundable pet fee per pet and is subject to possible eviction. Pets must be under owner control at all times. Cleaning and disposing of pet excrement is Guest's responsibility. The pet fee is per pet and must be paid in order for the animal to stay in the home.

Had a lovely stay at Villa Picturesque! The house had all you needed to enjoy your stay and Monica (property manager) went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again at this home!

La maison manque beaucoup dā€™amour. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© dƩƧu de lā€™Ć©tat de la maison et de la propretĆ© de la maison. MĆ©nage fait trĆØs sommairement (cheveux dans la salle de bain, armoires de cuisine sales, fond de la piscine pas nettoyĆ©)Nous avons eu beaucoup de problĆØme durant nos 18 nuits passĆ©s dans cette maison. Le micro-onde a cassĆ©, impossible de prendre plus de 2 douches chaude, pour une maison de 10 personnes cā€™est inconcevable.La cuisine extĆ©rieure est tout simplement non fonctionnelle.Le lave vaisselle coulait, le broyeur nous a lĆ¢chĆ© avec tout son contenuā€¦ degeulasse!! La piscine coulait, nous devions mettre de lā€™eau Ć  chaque jour. Nous avons du se dĆ©placer Ć  lā€™agence en personne pour aller rĆ©gler nos insatisfactions. Une fois Ć  lā€™agence de Roelens nous avons rencontrer une gentille femme qui a su Ć©couter et rĆ©gler quelques problĆØme. Lā€™agence donne un trĆØs bon service, ils ont de belles maisons en locations mais cette maison nā€™Ć©tait pas Ć  la hauteur, le propriĆ©taire doit faire de gros travaux. Par contre, il y a une trĆØs belle vue, emplacement super cĆ“tĆ© sud-ouest. La comL

Our first impression walking in to the property was beautiful home and amazing view! Our attention quickly turned to the extremely loud squeaking noise coming from the refrigerator. We immediately called the property manager and asked that someone come out to look at it. This was on a Tuesday and we were booked for 7 days. The squeaking noise was so disruptive that we had difficulty sleeping..you could hear it clearly through closed doors. Over the next few days we encountered other problems. A broken light fixture in the kitchen hanging sideways and ready to fall..a leak in the pool resulted in losing several inches of water causing the pump to suck air. Over the course of our stay we placed many calls and texts and honestly the pm could have been more responsive. We often didnā€™t know if and when anyone was coming to the home to fix the issues. Long story short, as I am limited to 1500 characters..Weds repairman came out to take the fridge serial #..said he would be back next day. Thurs light fixture removed (the guy who came out said ā€œwhat is that noise? Iā€™ve only been here a couple of mins and itā€™s driving me crazyā€) no show fridge repairman. Fri pool leak repaired and two guys came out to fix the fridge. We thought the problem was solved only to wake Sat morning to a warm fridge and freezer. We lost scallops that were frozen and had to buy bags of ice to try and save our perishable food. Fridge fixed Sat. So we only had two trouble free days out of our stay

The house is wonderful with a very nice pool that kids and adults loved a lot. A few cons related to the accuracy of the necessary checklist when releasing the property to a new guest: - handle in the toilet of master bedroom, was missing (needed the lid to be openes for flushing, every time) - holder of toilet paper in second bathroom fell to the floor on the very first day - refrigerator was "queeking" all the time, and ice maker and water dispenser did not work Handle was replaced on the third day. Holder on the same day, but fell again on the same day. Property manager delivered two bags of ice If we wouldnĀ“t experienced these difficulties, our stay would have been rated as "excellent". But these issues do not correspond to my previous experiences with VRBO

Everything about the house was perfect, especially the backyard pool area. Plenty of room for my family of seven. House was fully stocked with everything we needed for more than a week. Property manager was very responsive and reached out several times to make sure everything was as expected. Would definitely stay again. Five stars!!!

We loved the house and the view, it was as we had hoped. The only issue was that the pool pump went out and we waited for 7 days for it to be fixed. The pool was freezing to get into with the cool nights and I felt the communication could have been much better. If I didnā€™t call I didnā€™t hear anything. Such a beautiful home and view of the canal was definitely a redeeming force. Iā€™m sure this only happens rarely, just our bad fortune.

This was the perfect house for our family holiday. It accommodated our family of 10 with ease. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, the location on the canal, the colony of burrowing owls outside our front door. Very clean and well taken care of. The rental team even put up a beautiful, lighted Christmas tree to greet us on arrival. Such a thoughtful touch. Thank you. We would definitely rent here again.

We had a great time at this property. Close to Publix, Walgreens and CVS. Beautiful sunsets well lounging at the pool. The only small recommendation I would say, is they need a better AC unit or multiple AC units. The heat in Florida is ridiculous and the house does not cool as fast as one would think but being a Florida I knew, this was an issue everywhere. All in all it was a great house. Great stay and I definitely come back again.

The name says it all - this is a beautiful home with a breathtaking view of the canals and sunset. The accomodations were perfect for our party of 9 as we had plenty of towels, cookware, plates/glasses, etc. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed the pool, outdoor dining area and poolside bathroom. We are hoping to grab this property again next year.

This home is even better than described - it was spotless, spacious, and well appointed. We had a peaceful Labor Day weekend enjoying the pool and fishing off the dock. This home is perfect for relaxing and making lasting family memories.

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a beautiful home in the Cape Harbor neighborhood on a very serene canal. We really enjoyed coffee and sitting on the dock watching the fish fly through the air. Close to the harbor restaurants and Publix. The only thing needed was pool/beach towels otherwise it had everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

We had a great time and enjoyed being located near so many things to do. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Thank you! We truly enjoyed our stay for two weeks in early April 2020. While the house may be dated it was an amazing setup for my family. The master bedroom was a nice retreat and plenty of space existed for the kids to spread out. The best part of this house is the fact that it sits on the "canal".
