There's even a lanai for guaranteed comfort as you swim laps or just float comfortably. Cook up dinner on the outdoor private gas grill and enjoy it out on the furnished patio or dock. But the full kitchen indoors is spacious with full-size appliances, as well as a prep island that doubles as a casual breakfast bar with room for four guests. Pull the room-darkening drapes closed for a cooler atmosphere or keep them open and enjoy the lovely view of the canal. Enjoy late-night chats around the electric fireplace as you plan out your adventures for the next day. This home is all one floor, so guests who have trouble with stairs don't need to worry.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
