We had a wonderful family vacation at Sandy Cabana! The home was clean, comfortable, and very kid-friendly, with plenty of space for everyone. Everything was exactly as described, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing while the kids played.The location was quiet and convenient, close to restaurants and activities. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made our stay stress-free.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sandy Cabana for families visiting Cape Coral!

Peaceful Florida Getaway at Sandy Cabana

We had a fantastic week at the Sandy Cabana! The home was spacious, clean, and offered the perfect mix of comfort and Florida charm. The pool was absolutely wonderful—clean, inviting, and perfect for morning coffee dips or lazy afternoons.The location is also spot-on—tucked into a quiet neighborhood with beautiful landscaping and just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and an easy hop over the bridge to Fort Myers. Bonus: the neighborhood owls were awesome and slightly judgmental (in the best way!).Inside, everything felt relaxed and thoughtfully set up. The ping pong table in the garage sparked a week-long competition—my husband won and made sure I didn’t forget it. Still, it added a lot of laughs and memories to our stay.Overall, Sandy Cabana was a peaceful escape from the daily grind. You truly feel like you're in Florida here.

5/5 - Impressive!!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. We have 3 young girls and this home felt like home. Saying it was clean doesn’t do it justice. It is so cute, organized, inviting and seriously.. so clean! My girls loved the heated pool, my husband and I loved sitting outside on the patios in the evenings (the lights are so fun) and I felt like it came with so many extras (fullest kitchen, small appliances, dishes, condiments, tons of towels, etc.) the little things that help make your stay enjoyable. We will absolutely be back! We enjoyed this home away from home so much!!!

Fantastic Location

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The only reason it wasn’t a total 5 star was because it was not a new build or newly renovated. ( which is fine) I would give an honest 4.8. The front door locking system was a little tricky. (If I had thought to mention this to the host, they probably would have fixed it, but was having such a nice time, I didn’t think about it)Host was wonderful and responsive .Location was perfect.We were walking distance to restaurants, bars, the Saturday Market, and the grocery store Winn Dixie.Very happy with our stay.Wendy

Fantastic experience!

This was a lovely stay! My husband, toddler and I stayed here in March 2024 for five nights. Renee was so communicative and helpful -- she even provided a custom guidebook to the property and area! The house was clean, neat, and spacious. The decor was adorable -- my toddler wanted to grab everything, of course, but we were able to secure everything fragile and return it to its original home at the end of our stay. Thanks so much for a memorable yet organized and low-key vacation.

Family of three

Spent most of our time outside on covered patio. Walked to several restaurants and grocery store. House was clean, nice appliances, everything in working order. Good notebook for questions and checkout. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Best ever

I travel for work constantly and take my wife when I can. This was a real joy. It was more than we needed but well worth it. The A/C quit on the first evening, but the owners had it fixed the next day. The house had a new roof (likely from recent Hurricane Ian repairs) so the pool heater appeared to not have been reinstalled. But the pool was comfortable nonetheless. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing recharge

House was plenty enough for two, but would be great with other friends or for a family. Nicely decorated. Kitchen stocked with all dishes, utensils etc. Pool was 100% privacy. Some bars and restaurants close enough to walk to. Quite neighborhood, but can hear road traffic. Didn't bother us though.

Great trip!

From the first moment our stay was warm and inviting. The hosts had the house lit and warm and inviting to walk into. It was also filled with little extra touches to make our stay more convenient. We spent hours every day in the heated pool. Loved it!

Very Nice Property- Close to Everything

A group of 6 of us stayed here. Plenty of room. The outdoor living area is fantastic. There is plenty to do at the house or walk to many of the fun bars and restaurants in the area. The washer and dryer were a huge help for us as we all packed light. There were many games of ping pong played and bikes if you want to tour the area w/out driving. I know the pool is heated; however if it could be a tad warmer that is my only suggestion as it can be cool in the afternoons when the sun is setting. If we are in the area again, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Great private location to relax

The house had everything we needed including 2 bikes. The pool was always warm, even after cool nights and very private. The house is older and does need updates but we were happy. Also very close to bars & restaurants. Great farmers market on Saturday. And finally, excellent home management response.

Relaxing getaway

The property was just as described on the web site. It was very clean and well maintained, and really had everything that you would need. The pool and lanai were great and very private. You do have to drive to the beaches, restaurants, and scenic areas. We had a minor blip with the TV upon arrival, but the property manager Renee, who was so gracious, took care of everything . We had beautiful weather and truly enjoyed Florida!

Not quite what we thought it would be.

House was very nice but we rented this for the pool. They said the pool was heated to 85 degrees. Couldn’t have been 70. Out of 5 days we used the pool once. Coming from NY this was very disappointing. The pool area needs a thorough pressure washing and the pool itself didn’t really look like the pool guy did much. Not much to do in the area either. Thank God we found the Monkey Bar!

Cute and Private

We rented at the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis and fortunately the property was well equipped to manage a lot of home time! Super private with nice pool area, great kitchen, too. Our cable and WIFI quit working the last few days and Renee was responsive but unable to get us back up on TV. She did get WIFI working which allowed us to stream. There were many nice touches, great towels, beds, etc. Great for a group of four.

Awesome Stay at the Sandy Cabana

We found the Sandy Cabana just as described and pictured. The house is located only a couple blocks from downtown Cape Coral and within easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants. We especially liked the Redfish Point Garden Bar & Grill. The pool and lanai are great and the outside TV is a nice touch. Renee was awesome to work with and was always available if needed. Would definitely return.

Wonderful hideaway!

This house was perfect for our family of four adults. Plenty of room, wonderful screened lanai with pool. It was immaculate and had anything and everything we could need. Loved the decor which was tasteful Floridian, not tacky at all. Renee was a wonderful property manager and had everything written out so there were no surprises. We will return!
