Sleeps 6. Full electricity included in booking price - no further fees will occur after booking. Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 30 lbs. A pet fee of $150 applies. We ask for pre-approval please.

Around the corner we have a new Outback Steakhouse and a bit to the east we have a shopping center with a Target, a Publix grocery store, a newly opened First Watch restaurant and multiple other little chains and stores.
Then we have 2 idyllic harbors with multiple restaurants, stores, boutiques, and live music just 10 minutes south of the house and a movie theatre, a bowling alley and lots more restaurants, bars and stores off del Prado Blvd. which is also just a 10-minute drive. And let’s not forget all our beautiful parks with pickleball and tennis courts or kayak rentals.


A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information for your arrival and we will arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

Spend your days cooling off in our beautiful saltwater pool on the large, enclosed lanai, or just relax in one of our comfortable lounge chairs and soak in our Florida rays.

Our great outdoor grill station and seating area will make for some awesome and enjoyable BBQ dinners and let’s not forget about a delicious morning coffee watching one of our beautiful sun rises.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals and dishes, and the open floorplan will allow you to simultaneously entertain your family or friends.

The tasteful master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. it has a separate sliding door leading to the pool. The attached master bathroom has two walk-in closets, double sinks, along with a spacious shower and tub with a modern design.

Then there is a beautiful guest suite, equipped with a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a nice walk-in shower.

The second guest bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed, and another full-size big guest bathroom is right next door.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
Our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees on your arrival. You can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
