The property was in very nice condition. Each bedroom was very clean and met our standards. The kitchen was nice and clean with sufficient items to use for cooking. Everything worked properly throughout the house except for the living room TV. We weren't able to get the Wi-Fi to connect to it. The TV in the master bedroom did work, though. It would have been nice to have TVs in the other bedrooms for the kids, but we made do. The bathrooms were very nice, and the master shower was beautiful. For the price of our stay, this property definitely exceeded our expectations.

My family and I had a great time at this property. It had all the amenities that were needed and expected. The area we stayed in was great. it was quiet, and friendly. we loved the pool, we loved the space of the house. Management was easy to get in contact with and very helpful. We will be back. Thank you!

The pool was not heated and was unusable, which was not stated. The gas grill was never cleaned ever and was out of gas, we got a new tank. The twin beds were not so good. The TV could not get any stations so we bought an antenna and programed 25 chanels. The house it self was good

Family and I just wanted to get away from home for a few days. We enjoyed our stay at this property and were very pleased. The only sad part was we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as it was not cleaned prior to our stay. I was left a note from owner that pool cleaner was supposed to show up but unfortunately they never did. I don’t blame that on the owner but hopefully someone will make sure pool is always cleaned. Otherwise we loved it!!

This was our first time ever renting a house from vrbo and it was well worth it and would rent this house again if in the area. Kitchen was stocked with appliances. Lots of towels, even had some beach towels and umbrella for the beach and tubes for the pool. Very nice house and was very pleased with our stay.

Contacted property manager via email twice and no response. Only minor questions but a response would have been nice. Also bed linens need to be upgraded. See through sheets, torn/stained comforter, and plastic mattress covers made for miserable 7 nights sleep.

Beautiful clean home. Very spacious, just as described. Will be using this home as a regular rental for when my family and I come to Cape Coral . I was able to check in early, and the home had everything one would expect. Both TVs even had Netflix hooked up . Thank you so much !

This home was just as expected. Clean and spacious. Patio furniture was perfect for our family of 6! My only complaints were the fact that between the two bathrooms we only had two full rolls of cheap toilet paper and two small partials and only one roll of paper towels. The beach towels were perfect for the pool! New appliances in the kitchen were clean. Washer and dryer were older but worked great! I suggest updating the photos to include the beautiful landscape in front of the house. Good location, easy to find. The traffic on the road was only noticable when outside but not very bad at all.

The home is beautiful and very clean. We have four children and were very disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated. There wasn’t even a solar cover to help keep it warm. Our kids swam very little and when they did it was for short periods of time because they couldn’t tolerate the temperature. It was just a total bummer because we chose this house because of the pool. I shouldn’t have assumed that it was heated but it would have been very nice to know ahead of time and I wish that were noted in the house/pool description. It is located on the corner of a busy street so there is zero privacy while swimming or on the back patio. On the very last day of our vacation, we came home from the beach (covered in sand) and there was a notification from the city that the water had been shut off. We were leaving the next day and had loads of laundry to do, and to top it off, my son had cut his hand at the beach. We couldn’t even clean it! We called the owners and they were quick to jump into action but said we would still have a 1-5 hour wait until we had running water. There had been a miscommunication between the owners and the city because it should have been on automatic payments, according to the owner. We called the city of Cape Coral and told them our situation and they said they would do everything that they could but again, 1-5 hour wait. We ended up waiting 2 1/2 hours. Overall, the home was lovely, but don’t stay here if you want privacy or a heated pool.

Pool has no heater or solar cover. Rented the house for ten days and couldn't use the pool at all. Very disappointing . No privacy. Busy street with a bus stop twelve feet from the pool. Night time traffic can be heard from the bedrooms .Featured a one cup coffee maker. Breakfast bar stools to low. Sits at about chin height. Other than that.....
