Other Things to Note:
Pool is heated by a heat pump during the winter months ONLY. We keep the temperature on 86 but it’s not guaranteed because unusually cool nights or cold fronts will make it hard for the heater to maintain 85 degrees. It’s rare in southwest Florida but cold fronts do happen. Summer Inside of the home is kept at 72. HVAC is only meant to remove humidity and cool 18-20 degrees cooler than outside. There are a lot of 100 degree days. We are at the mercy of the weather and mechanical limitations. If you expect 60 degrees inside in south Florida during the summer, stay north.
