Our property manager stops by the morning after your arrival for a brief check-in and to answer any of your questions.


Villa Latitude Adjustment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, however, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. A few minutes south you will find a Publix grocery store, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a delicious ice cream place, a gas station, fast food joints, a nice park with tennis and pickleball courts and then there is of course our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, the marina, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. Driving 5 minutes to the east you will be in downtown Cape Coral with even more great restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, a farmers market and more awesome parks with playgrounds and kayak rentals.

A week prior to your trip we will send you all the necessary information you need for your arrival. We will also arrange a time with you for a brief meet and greet at the house with our property manager. During your stay, our property manager can always be reached via phone or by email.

The property has it all: a heated pool and spa, a patio to relax, cook, and dine on, kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, beach essentials, and so much more.

Enjoy playing and swimming in your private pool and spa all day long. Relax poolside, read a good book and take in our Florida rays. Relish some great BBQ dinners and well-deserved drinks in the evening while watching the most beautiful sunsets and just celebrate life.

The kayaks invite for some great tours through our mile-long canals and the quiet neighboorhood makes it fun to take the bicycles out for some fun "exercise".

All bedrooms in the house have king-size beds and smart TVs. The master suite is very spacious and has a direct access to the patio. The master bathroom has 2 sinks, a big walk-in shower, a tub, and a great walk-in closet. One bedroom has its own full bathroom right next door; the other 2 guest bedrooms share a good-sized full bathroom.

The open kitchen is fully stocked and great for cooking and entertainment.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees on your arrival. You can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
