If you’re in the mood for rejuvenating waterfront getaway this is house for you. This beautiful 3 bedrooms 2 bath with accommodation for 6 and private swimming pool and dock, You’re sure to experience the best of outdoor living here! Get used to spending your vacation days lounging by the alluring screened swimming pool or fishing on the private dock. Even on the balmiest of days, refreshing breezes from the fresh water canal keep you cool as you relax on the specious lanai, complete with patio furniture. You will love how the exteriors flows with the bright and airy interior. Sliders from the dinning room , as well as sliders from master bedroom kitchen and door from guest bathroom open onto the lanai, allowing you to easily access the outdoor space. After a day of exploring beaches adventures, whip up tapas and cocktails in the fully equipped brand new kitchen just remodeled May 2020, complete with all the necessary appliances and kitchen tools. For a relaxing evening indoors, lounge on living room couch, while you watch movies on the brand New 55inch flat screen smart TV and 32 inch TV with local Channels and DVD player in the master bedroom or surf the web via wireless internet for entertainment. All the other amenities you need in your ultimate home - away -from -home are here, including air conditioning and in - unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs..
Pack n play for your young children is available for your use if needed.

The home was great. I enjoyed the pool on the four days it was warm enough. The view of the pool and canal was very nice! Our host was very responsive and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. We would go back again in the future!

My sister and I truly enjoyed this home. Cape coral is centrally located to all the beaches. Along the gulf, we didn't have to eat out every meal because it had a kitchen. The pool was heated during the day. The plus was having a covered lanai.Owner was responsive.Would definitely rent again if in the area.

The house was cute and clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool catching up with friends. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and she was very easy to work with, definitely the best host I’ve dealt with. We would definitely book again!

Lovely property

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, well stocked home. Property manager Elizabeth was wonderful to communicate with when needed. Plenty of towels , kitchen utensils . Pool was delightful especially when I used the big float found in the garage . House was near restaurants and shopping . Quiet neighborhood. Will definately stay here again.

Besonders angenehm war die perfekte Balance zwischen modernem Komfort und gemütlichem Ambiente. Ob entspannte Stunden am Pool, gemeinsames Kochen in der bestens ausgestatteten Küche oder die Ausflüge in die reizvolle Umgebung- unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen.Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Elisabeth (viele liebe Grüße) war vorbildlich: herzlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es war eine Freude, hier Gast zu sein. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen.

Great place for my senior parents

Beautiful home inside and out. The pool was very refreshing unlike motels n hotels you're able to enjoy after hours. Along with the personal dock on the canal.. The resident neighbor were very nice. My mother enjoyed the pool my father enjoyed fishing on the canal.

Decent home away from home

Overall, rental was OK. Nothing special. If you are trying to be as close to baseball fields, this is perfect. As for the house, couple issues. First off, pool light didn’t work. I had planned for late swimming so not having a functional pool light was a problem. I was originally told the pool guys would stop by early in week to repair, they didn’t show up until the day prior to me leaving. Also, there was a grill out back but no propane. I guess it was expected of me to run and do a propane exchange. I would have payed extra to have propane available upon check in. It would have been nice to grill out at least one of the days I was there. Kitchen was a little outdated, and living room smart TV was not functioning. The TV kept rebooting the entire time it was on. Would I stay again, probably not.

Loved Our Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Elizabeth was quick to communicate with us regarding check in and other questions we had. I've read in other reviews that the water pressure was an issue. This was not the case with us at all so don't let that deter you. The home is clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We will definitely be returning guests.

Overcharged, under delivered, Sassy Owner

My wife and I booked this home because of the location, the pool and lovely looking en suite bath. Upon first communication the owner did not properly read my text and promptly overcharged us making the assumption there were more people. When entering the property the fire alarm was going off and when we texted her immediately she told us to fix it. Sadly, the alarm was 12 feet in the air (minimum) with no ladder available to us. We communicated back that although we would love to stop the alarm from going off we did not safely have the ability to do so and could she please take care of it. At this point we were concerned and started reading all the reviews and noted that there was absolutely NO water pressure in the en suite bath. Upon her finally sending someone to fix the alarm he arrived and also asked about the water pressure. Apparently she had told him that it needed fixing but it didn’t have to be done for us it could wait until the next people. Sadly she lied to us and told us it would be fixed as well as the alarm. None of which was. My wife and I decided we would rather cut our stay short and we decided to leave early and go back to our last “short term rental “ in Fort Lauderdale. Having not fixed the issues and lying to us pushed us over the edge. We were both disappointed and would not recommend this place at all. My wife ran a very successful short term rental in Kitchener for 16 years and knows quality service. This is not it!

Grandchildren in paradise

Beautiful home with everything you need for a great vacation. We came from Pa to visit our grans, they loved the pool and hardley got out. every thing was in its place and there were pool toys, and fishing poles, the kids all caught fish (we tried all kinds of bait, but the peacock bass were biting on bread or pizza crust) great place. I would highly recomend. only drawback, the shower was not hot.

We enjoyed our stay at the house the only complaint I have is that the shower in the master bathroom didn’t have any water pressure outher than that it would be nice if it had a garage door opener but I liked the location and my wife liked the pool I just wished that the hurricane waited until we were heading back home because we had to leave early because we didn’t want to take chances with the storm

Nice home. Nice stay. Quiet and relaxing.

Elizabeth has a nice home with the amenities you expect. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is easy to find and offers you a short drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. The process was easy with Elizabeth and her communication was good. Everything worked as expected and it was a nice stay for us for a short trip.
