The bedroom is a peaceful haven, with a very comfortable queen-sized hybrid bed dressed in soft linens. The coastal inspired bathroom includes fresh towels, a full-sized bath tub with shower, and complimentary toiletries to help you settle in with ease. For your convenience this rental provides high speed WIFI, cable TV, Amazon Fire stick, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and a beach cart/trolley to take with you to the beach! Step outside of your door to find a lovely, shared, tropical courtyard complete with tables and chairs, and a beautiful backyard with a shaded cabana and BBQ. Either of these spaces are perfect to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a glass of wine at sunset, or relax with your favorite book! This rental also comes with complimentary parking, with your own assigned parking space, and access to additional guest parking in the event that you have company.

Note, there is no washer and dryer inside of the unit, however the complex offers a shared laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Also note that this is a smaller 1 bedroom, at 433 SF, but it is very well laid out and offers all of the conveniences of home!
