The Space:

🌅 Picturesque Views: Sip your morning coffee or enjoy evening cocktails on your private balcony while you soak in the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore. Even better, witness history in the making from the northside catwalk and catch one of the frequent rocket launches.



🌊 Beachfront Bliss: Right in front of the condo is a boardwalk leading you onto the soft, powdery sands of Cape Canaveral. With the ocean as your backyard, you'll be treated to breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

Construction is not expected to affect your stay inside the unit, though you may notice equipment and hear noise during weekday-daytime hours. During that time-frame pricing will account for the pool being unavailable. Be mindful, as with all construction projects, the timeline is somewhat fluid, as unexpected issues can arise and affect the projected completion date.
