The beach is your backyard at Oceanside Oasis. Walk outside and have your toes in the sand within seconds. The private beach access is just outside the front door. The condo is situated in a prime location for rocket launch viewing. You will have an unforgettable experience as you feel the ground shake and rumbling of the engines. The community of Royal Mansions offers an abundance of amenities. Guests have full access to a heated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, off-street parking, and gated entrance.

The open concept design allows for ease of movement between the main living area, Florida room, and kitchen. Natural light and ocean breeze flow through the entire home.

The living room features a Smart TV and comfy reclining chair. The full-sized wall-bed is easy to pull down for additional sleeping arrangements at night and can be easily pushed back into the pocket of the wall during the day. Attached to the living room is the Florida room. This light and airy space offers a work desk for traveling professionals and additional seating. The slider doors open up to the private patio, providing an indoor/outdoor experience.

The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an expansive countertop, offering plenty of prep space. In the cabinets you will find all the essential supplies needed to cook and serve a meal for family and friends. The dining table has seating for 4, and there is additional seating for 2 at the high-top table.

The bedroom features a queen sized, Smart TV, and extra linen. The ensuite bathroom has an entry from the bedroom and from the hallway, making it easy to access for guests. The shower and toilet are separate from the sinks for added privacy. The custom designed stone walk-in shower feels like a day at a spa with a rain system including spray jets, rainfall shower head, and handheld sprayer.

Beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, and extra linen are provided for convenience.

Royal Mansions Resort is on the North end of Cape Canaveral, making it a prime location for rocket launch viewing. Launches can be seen from the patio of the condo, and surrounding areas. Centrally located, the condo is close to many nearby attractions:

Guests can access the entire condo except for one closet.

There are 4 TV`s inside the condo, watch TV from every room.
Guests will be provided a security code to access the front gate, and an amenity code.
Pets are not allowed.
Motorcycle and trailer parking is not allowed.
