If someone thought that it was not possible to enjoy a nice swim in a beautiful pool within a village house, this fantastic house proves to be just the contrary. Its exterior, with an extraordinary stylish design, combine little corners precious for our guests. For example, the fabulous porch, ideal for a drink on the sofa after a delicious family barbecue; or the terrace with 4 sun loungers, where you can listen to some music maybe enjoying the sun warmth. Nevertheless, the main character is the 4 x 2 metres pool with a depth ranging from 1.45 to 1.50 metres. The house inside is decorated in a traditional-modern way and it has 2 floors. On the main floor, you can relax at the great living room which features a fireplace and satellite TV; or maybe in any of the 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds. One of the last two bedrooms offers air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. Another shower bathroom, a great dining room and the kitchen with a ceramic hob complete this floor. Going upstairs you have another living room also with satellite TV and exit to a terrace, a shower bathroom and two more bedrooms: one has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. A cot and a high chair are also available. The whole accommodation is equipped with diesel oil central heating. You will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board at the terrace. Capdepera is, no doubt, an excellent destiny for your stay in Mallorca. There is a great diversity of little and beautiful coves with crystalline waters like Font de Sa Cala. The Caves of Arta are basically a must visit and if you feel like going to a lively area you can got to the areas of Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcudia, with larger beaches where you can taste a delicious paella in a restaurante by the seashore. The garage has been converted into a Cycling Friendly facility to receive cyclists. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
