The large living-dining room features a big window opening onto the terrace.



You will find a TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, and a Nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom offers a 1.60x75cm shower, suspended toilet, and sink. The double bedroom has a window and a 150 cm double bed. Terrace furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, high chair, crib, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi.

Please note: Construction work is currently taking place on a lot adjacent to the building. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No work is done outside these hours. At certain times during the day, there may be construction noise, although the apartment has insulation that helps reduce it considerably. Most guests are not especially affected, especially if you spend the day exploring the island, but each stay is unique.
