A large family home that sleeps 11 with a beautiful, large, tree-lined garden, close to the Capbreton marina.
The upstairs sleeping area consists of four bedrooms with three queen-size beds and three single beds, including a master suite with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and a shower with a massage jet. This bedroom also has a dressing room and a balcony. There is also an additional shower room.
On the ground floor, you'll find a fifth bedroom with a queen-size bed opening onto a large, bright living room and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine) is adjoining and opens onto the outdoor terrace.
To complete the experience, there is a shower room and toilet outside. You'll enjoy a large garden and a beautiful covered terrace equipped with a kitchen. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
