The "Sérénité" Villa was built in 2019 and has a floor area of 115 m². Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is laid out as follows:<br>The villa is situated on a fully fenced 500 m² lot with an automatic gate, and you’ll have two parking spaces.<br>A south-facing teak deck features a relaxing lounge area shaded by an electric awning, along with a space equipped with two lounge chairs for resting. There is also a second southwestern-facing deck with a table for 8 people, shaded by a shade sail, and a griddle area.<br>Ground Floor: <br>Entryway, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6–7 people, pantry (washer, dryer, freezer).<br>Living room, office area, and staircase access.<br>Master suite with a 160-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom (walk-in shower).<br><br>First Floor: Hallway, library, bathroom (walk-in shower), and half-bath.<br>A first bedroom with a 140-bed, a 90-mezzanine bed, and a closet.<br>A second bedroom with a 160-bed and a closet.<br>A third bedroom is locked and used for storage by the owner.<br><br>You will have two parking spaces in front of the house.<br>Cleaning fee of 150 euros to be paid on site.<br>Sheets and towels are not included; available upon request for 6–7 people for 90 euros.<br>Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.<br>Pets are not allowed.<br>A security deposit of 2,000 euros will be required upon arrival by the owner.<br><br>Bonus: A studio apartment is attached to the villa; it can be reserved for an additional fee—please contact the owner directly.<br>Otherwise, it will not be available for rent during your stay.
