VILLA PONTEDERA - LUCCA AREA

Villa Pontedera (120 sq. m) is a renovated cottage set in the quiet countryside of Lucca, ideally located between Pisa and Pontedera; from here guests can explore the historical cultural centres of Tuscany.

The grounds are fenced off, allowing privacy. The villa offers peace and tranquility but at the same time the local grocery store and restaurant are within easy reach. There are various restaurants and shops from 1km to 5km from the house.

The private swimming pool (10m x 4m, 0.80m-2.40m deep) is equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. Whilst relaxing by the pool, guests can enjoy amazing views of little hamlets stretching from Lucca to Pistoia and Montecatini. There is also a BBQ for 'al fresco' dining and mosquito nets at the windows.

There is a main house and a dependance below which can be accessed via a few steps.

Ground floor: entrance into a dining room with table, chairs, TV, fireplace, kitchen with oven and stove, fridge/freezer, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and 1 utility room.

First floor: corridor with 1 single bed settee (available upon request), access onto the terrace with views of the swimming pool and surrounding hills, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with cubicle shower, WC and bidet.

- Depandance
External staircase with access to the dependance: living room-kitchen with kitchenette and 1 double bed settee, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, WC.

External utility room with washing machine.

Simple but comfortable furnishings; parking available within the premises. Wi-Fi Internet. Air Conditioning throughout the house.
